I am conscious awareness. I am the universe reflecting upon itself. I am it and it is me … simultaneously. And without duality, I simply am.

I wish to be, at the core of my being, an instrument of compassion. I meditate on what this means to me. I pray that my intentions are in line with this desire to be compassionate. I rest upon this state of being as my truth.
