After many years of contemplation and meditation practice I’ve come to a great deal of realizations. The most recent one that came to me about one hour ago is quite simply: physical reality is overrated. ?

Tell me more about “physical reality” please.
Thanks for the question Mary. Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of my time meditating. I’m becoming more and more spiritual, focusing my energies on being a compassionate human being. I feel as though I sometimes leave the physical world behind focusing on spiritual and emotional realities rather than the physical. It probably sounds funny for a physical therapist to say the the “physical is overrated”. I may provide interventions in the physical plane of reality but I must see my patients as much more than just a body.
Also, so much emphasis in today’s society is on the accumulation of material things. I also think that such physical accumulation is also overrated.
