I write to validate my inner experiences, my thoughts and emotions. Why is it so important that these experiences be validated? Why isn’t it enough that I feel my emotions and think my thoughts? I’m afraid that sometimes I feel like I’m just not there. That I don’t exist. I guess that’s a good reason to express my inner experiences. To prove to myself that what I think and feel are real. That my subjective perspective is in fact valid and worth expressing and exploring.
